FIABCI Central Asia – new residents of Astana Tower
On December 20, 2022, the FIABCI Central Asia federation was located in the Astana Tower business center.
The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) is a global community founded in 1951. It brings together over a million real estate professionals and 120 national real estate professional associations in over 70 countries. In addition, FIABCI is the only real estate federation with official representation at the United Nations and UNESCO. It participates in protecting the interests of all participants in the real estate market.
FIABCI Central Asia is a multi-national chapter including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan, with a combined area of over 21 million square kilometers (8 million square miles) and population of well over 200 million. This is vast and diverse region with a variety of cultures, political and business systems and views, and yet united by common past having been re-introduced to market economy only some thirty years ago. Their aim is to connect the region’s real estate professionals with the global FIABCI community, help accelerate the pace of development of and investment in real estate in Central Asia countries.
FIABCI is a single platform for all those who work with real estate, the goals of which are:
- Contributing to the investment attractiveness of the markets of the Central Asian countries.
- Study and implementation of best practices and cases, exchange of experience.
- Filling the information vacuum about the real estate market in the countries of Central Asia.
