SPACES – the Best Redevelopment Project 2024

The leading annual event for commercial real estate professionals in Central Asia, the CREW Central Asia 2024 forum, was held on October 17-19, 2024.

Industry leaders gathered for strategic discussions, experience exchange and the formation of future standards. The goal of the forum is to create a unique platform for communication, training and professional growth, promoting the development of commercial real estate in Central Asia.

This year, the main focus was on the management, construction and operation of commercial real estate. The program included reports and master classes from leading experts, opportunities for professional networking. The participants were developers, management companies, investors, architects, designers, project managers, operators, consultants, service providers.

Among the innovations of this year, in addition to the forum and the award ceremony, a property tour of commercial real estate objects in Almaty was organized. This was an exclusive opportunity to visit and evaluate the best commercial real estate objects.

As for the award ceremony, the SPACES was awarded the title of "The Best Redevelopment Project 2024". The management company of the Astana Tower business center represented the facility, participating in this event every year, being a member of the international federation in the field of commercial real estate. Every year, the Astana Tower team receives titles in different nominations - so in 2023 we defended the title of the Best Management Company.
