The makeup of a happy employee

Satisfied employees are the most valuable resource of any company. They infect others with a good mood, contribute to team building, and are not going to quit. To improve efficiency, the main task of the company is to do everything possible to make the employee happy.

According to a survey conducted by Atomik Research, satisfied employees are 4% better at serving customers, make 26% fewer mistakes, experience burnout 79% less often, and are 61% less likely to be fired compared to disgruntled employees.

The most satisfied employees:

• Believe that doing important work will bring more satisfaction than the reward itself
• Good relationship with boss
• Participate in corporate events
• Spend at least 30 minutes having lunch with colleagues
• 50% men and 50% women in the office
• Work in open-plan offices
