UK Future Places: Astana Tower and the Future of Commercial Real Estate

On February 26, the UK Future Places conference was held for the first time in Almaty, organized by the British Embassy with the support of Zaha Hadid and FIABCI. As of March 1, Astana Tower has become a member of FIABCI, gaining access to an international community of developers, business center owners, hotels, and shopping malls. The official FIABCI representative in Astana is J.T. Yeseneeva.

Redevelopment of Spaces: The Future of Office Spaces

At the conference, we presented our Spaces project in the "Future of Mixed Use" session. The moderator, Roger Holland (Scott Holland Estate), noted that the history of commercial real estate in Kazakhstan began with Astana Tower. He emphasized the continued demand for the property even after 25 years and the high quality of its redevelopment.

New Perspectives and Collaborations

The editorial team at TSPM.kz proposed publishing an article about Spaces in the April issue and launching a regular analytical column on the Astana real estate market. This initiative will strengthen Astana Tower’s position, increase brand recognition, and expand business connections.
